
6 oz (3/4 cup) cauliflower florets
6 fl oz (3/4 cup) milk
2 oz (1/2 cup) grated cheese
2 tsp arrowroot flour
1/2 oz butter
To make the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Stir in the arrowroot flour and cook briefly.
Add the milk slowly, stirring well.
Continue to cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese.
Finally, add the cooked cauliflower.
